Since the cold, rainy weather put a bit of a damper on my picnic in the
park plans this weekend, we decided instead to catch a movie (Contagion) and a quick bite to eat at one of our favorite pizza places (details to come this week). I can't really believe that it's already October, and that even the weather is agreeing that summer is officially past us. But at the same time, it's kind of nice to indulge in cooler weather activities, like getting all bundled up in your fall wardrobe, sipping hot coffee again, and curling up on the couch watching all those movies you missed during this busy summer.
